Youth & Adolescent Services

Expert Care for Every Stage of Growing Up

Childhood and adolescence come with real challenges, and no two young people carry them the same way. Our clinicians provide care built for each stage of development, with families involved every step of the way.

About This Service

Care That Grows
With Your Child

Young people do not experience the world the way adults do, and they should not be treated as small adults in therapy. Our youth and adolescent services are built around development. For younger children, that often means play-based approaches, because play is how children process and communicate. For teenagers, it means a clinician who talks with them, not at them, and who takes their world seriously. At every age, parents and caregivers are partners in the work, because a young person's progress is strongest when the people around them are part of it.

Who This Is For

Support for Growing Up, in All Its Forms

We work with children and adolescents navigating anxiety, changes in mood, behavioral shifts, school stress, friendship and peer pressure, questions of identity, and big transitions like a move, a divorce, or a loss. Some young people arrive with a diagnosis. Many arrive with something harder to name: a parent's sense that something is off. Both are good reasons to reach out.

How We Care

Built Around How Young People Actually Grow

Play-based and developmental care

For younger children, we meet them in their language: play, art, & story, guided by clinicians trained in development.

Adolescent-centered talk therapy

For teens, we build trust first and take their perspective seriously, using approaches matched to their own goals.

Family integration

Parents and caregivers are partners, not bystanders. We share tools and progress so the work continues between sessions.

Coverage & Access

Ready to Begin?

We accept NJ FamilyCare and New Jersey Medicaid, and we are expanding commercial coverage. A sliding scale is available if cost is a barrier, and we confirm exactly where you stand before anything is scheduled.

For children and adolescents who need support at home, our in-home program is delivered through New Jersey's Children's System of Care via PerformCare. Spanish-speaking support is available.
