Grief & Loss Therapy

Loss Changes Things. You Do Not Have to Carry It Alone.

Grief does not follow a schedule, and it does not always look the way people expect. Our clinicians provide space to grieve in whatever way is true for you, for as long as it takes.

About This Service

Support for What Loss Actually Feels Like

Grief is not only about death, though that is often what brings people to us. It can follow the loss of a relationship, a home, a sense of health, or a future someone expected to have. There is no correct timeline and no right way to feel. Some people need to talk through what happened. Others need help simply functioning again while they carry it. Our clinicians meet you wherever you are in that process, without rushing you toward resolution or expecting grief to look a certain way.

Who This Is For

Whatever You Have Lost, It Is Enough to Bring You Here

We work with children, adolescents, and adults grieving the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a major life change, or a loss that is harder to name to others. We also work with families grieving together, where each person may be moving through it differently. You do not need to justify your grief to receive support for it.
