When Medication Helps, It Should Be Handled With Care
For some people, the right medication makes the rest of care work better. Our prescribing team evaluates carefully, monitors closely, and works alongside your therapist so nothing happens in isolation.

Evaluation First.
Always.
Medication management at Mercedes Health begins with a thorough psychiatric evaluation, not a prescription pad. If medication makes sense, your prescriber explains what it is for, what to expect, and how you will know whether it is helping. From there, care continues through regular follow-up appointments where dosage, side effects, and progress are reviewed together. And because our prescribers and therapists work within one organization, your care stays coordinated: what happens in therapy informs medication decisions, and the other way around.

Support for Medication Questions at Any Stage
We work with patients who are considering medication for the first time, those who want a second look at what they are already taking, and those beginning therapy who want both kinds of support in one place. You do not need to arrive with an opinion about medication. The evaluation is a conversation, and the decision is always yours.
