Individual, Couples & Family Therapy

The Right Support, Whether You Come Alone or Together

Whether you are working through something on your own, as a couple, or as a family, our clinicians help you understand what is happening between you and build something better.

About This Service

Work That Happens Between People

Some of the hardest things people carry are not carried alone. A marriage that has stopped communicating. A parent and teenager who cannot get through a conversation. A family reorganizing after a divorce, a move, or a loss. Couples therapy and family therapy bring two or more people into the room to work on the patterns between them, with a clinician who can see what is happening from the outside. We also provide individual therapy for people whose goals are their own, and these approaches can run together when that serves you best. We work with children, adolescents, and adults, and every treatment plan is built around your specific goals.

Who This Is For

Support for Where You Are

We work with couples navigating conflict, disconnection, trust, and major transitions. We work with families where communication has broken down, where a child's struggle is affecting everyone, or where a change has shifted how the household works. And we work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress. If you are not sure whether individual, couples, or family therapy is the right fit, that is exactly what our intake conversation is for.

How We Care

Evidence-Based and Built Around You

Family systems therapy

We work with the relationships between people, not just the individual, to create change across the whole unit.

Cognitive
behavioral therapy

We help you identify the thought patterns driving how you feel and build practical tools to shift them.

Strengths-based practice

We start with what is already working. Every person brings strengths to the room, and we build from there.
