More Support, Without Stepping Away From Life
The Mercedes Health Intensive Outpatient Program is launching soon. It will offer structured, higher-intensity care for those who need more than weekly therapy while staying connected to home, school, and work.

Between Weekly Therapy and Hospitalization
An Intensive Outpatient Program provides several structured clinical sessions per week, more than standard outpatient care, without requiring someone to step away from daily life. It is designed for moments when weekly therapy is not enough but round-the-clock care is not necessary. For many people, IOP is the right level of support during a difficult season, or a step down from a higher level of care as they stabilize.

When More Structure
Is the Right Step
IOP is designed for three situations in particular.
Stepping up from weekly therapy
For those whose needs have grown beyond what once-a-week sessions can address, without requiring a hospital level of care.
Stepping down from a higher level of care
For those stabilizing after inpatient or residential treatment, who still need real structure while returning to daily life.
Needing consistent structure for a defined period
For those whose symptoms call for more frequent support during a specific, time-limited season.
Structure With Real Support
Group and individual treatment
Structured group sessions combined with individual therapy, giving you peer support alongside care built around your own goals.
A structured weekly schedule
Several sessions each week, at consistent times, so you get the structure of a higher level of care.
The same clinicians you already trust
Delivered by the same licensed, supervised team behind every program we offer, so your care never changes hands.
