Anxiety & Depression Therapy

Anxiety and Depression Are Treatable. You Are Not Alone.

Two of the most common reasons people seek care, and among the most responsive to evidence-based treatment. Our clinicians help you understand what you are experiencing and build a way through it.

About This Service

Understanding First. Then a Plan.

Anxiety and depression can make everyday life feel heavier than it should: the racing thoughts that will not settle, the mornings that feel impossible, the worry that arrives without a reason you can name. The first step in our care is understanding how these experiences show up in your life specifically, because no two people carry them the same way.

From there, your clinician works with you to build a plan: practical skills, steady support, and a pace that fits your life. This is not about managing symptoms indefinitely. It is about understanding what is happening and building a way through it.

Who This Is For

You Do Not Need the Right Words to Start

We work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, panic, persistent worry, social anxiety, low mood, depression, loss of interest, and changes in sleep or energy. You do not need to know which label fits before you reach out. Describing what your days feel like is more than enough to start.

How We Care

Evidence-Based and Built Around You

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)

We help you identify the thought patterns driving how you feel and build practical tools to shift them.

Dialectical behavior therapy skills (DBT)

Concrete skills for managing intense emotions, tolerating distress, and staying grounded in hard moments.

Mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches

Learning to relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings, rather than being ruled by them.
